How do I book a taxi?

Booking a taxi is easy, simply access our booking screen, decide upon which type of booking you wish to make, for now or for a future time. Complete the booking form, including your Ring Back telephone number (so that we can call you to alert you of our arrival), book your taxi and a confirmation of your journey will be returned to you within a few moments. Keep this number if you wish to check your booking at a later date. Once your taxi has been allocated by our computer, we will send you a message confirming its dispatch and when your taxi is outside, we will call you again on the number you entered upon booking in order to alert you of our arrival.

How can I be sure that you will be there?

As this is our business we make sure that your taxi is there for you. All our contact numbers are available either through this site on your internet enabled cell phone at radiocars.tel which will enable you to contact us and access any of our services from anywhere in the world. We will call as we arrive, to alert you of our arrival on the number (either land line or cell phone) which you entered on booking. You can also use the check booking facility available on this site or at radiocars.tel on your internet enabled cell phone. Check your booking at any time and you can be reassured that we will be waiting for you.

I want to cancel my booking, what do I do ?

There are two simple ways to cancel a booking, either call us directly or email us from our contact details page or via the contact page.

I have special requirements, how do I tell you?

Simply tell us of your needs in the additional comments section on the booking screen eg. disabled wheelchair user, have 3 pairs of skis or additional luggage. We will ensure that you are allocated the correct vehicle for your journey.

Airport FAQ's

What happens when I get to Manchester ?

 

We track your flight that you gave us on booking to ensure that your flight has not been delayed. As your fight is landing, we dispatch a vehicle to meet you. Once we have confirmation that your flight has landed, we will call you three times on the cell phone number that you gave us on booking to alert you of our arrival. There is no need to answer these alert calls, however should we fail to make physical contact with you, we will call you from our office to see if you need any assistance.

How do I find the driver at the airport ?
